Princetech Engineering Services is seeking a skilled and dedicated Structural Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and analyzing structures for various industrial and manufacturing projects, ensuring compliance with safety standards and industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and analyze structural components for industrial projects, including steel and reinforced concrete structures.
- Perform structural calculations and simulations to ensure design accuracy and safety.
- Develop detailed structural drawings and specifications.
- Collaborate with other engineering disciplines (Mechanical, Piping, Electrical) to ensure integrated designs.
- Review and verify the quality of structural designs and models.
- Conduct site inspections and assist in the construction phase to ensure compliance with design specifications.
- Use software tools like AutoCAD, Revit, and structural analysis programs for design and modeling.
- Assist in preparing project documentation, reports, and cost estimates.
- Ensure compliance with local, national, and international building codes and standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in structural design and engineering.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design and modeling software.
- Strong understanding of materials, structural systems, and construction methods.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate with stakeholders.
- Knowledge of relevant building codes, safety standards, and regulations.
Preferred Skills:
- Master’s degree in Structural Engineering or related field.
- Experience with 3D modeling and BIM (Building Information Modeling).
- Familiarity with industry standards and practices in plant engineering projects.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
