rincetech Engineering Services is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Revit Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating accurate and high-quality 3D models and drawings for various engineering projects using Autodesk Revit, ensuring the integration of design disciplines in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed 3D models and 2D drawings using Autodesk Revit for architectural, structural, and MEP systems.
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to create integrated designs and ensure all design elements align with project specifications.
- Assist in creating and modifying building designs, layouts, and schematics.
- Perform clash detection and resolve design conflicts using Revit’s BIM tools.
- Generate construction drawings, isometrics, schedules, and material take-offs from Revit models.
- Maintain and update Revit models based on project changes and revisions.
- Review and verify designs to ensure they comply with project standards and building codes.
- Assist in preparing project documentation, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a seamless integration of all design elements.
- Provide support during construction, ensuring designs are implemented accurately.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Architectural, Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Revit design and modeling, preferably in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and other BIM software.
- Strong understanding of BIM principles and workflows.
- Experience in creating architectural, structural, and MEP models in Revit.
- Ability to produce high-quality construction documentation.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with clash detection and coordination in Revit.
- Knowledge of building codes and industry standards.
- Familiarity with other BIM software (Navisworks, AutoCAD, etc.).
- Experience with 3D modeling and visualization tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
